Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Most orders are delivered within 10-20 business days after dispatch.

We work with overseas fulfillment partners so we can keep prices accessible. Every order includes tracking when it ships.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, customs checks, weather, high-volume periods, or local delivery conditions.

Shipping delays and cancellations

If we learn that an order cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with the available options. Depending on the status of the order, this may include waiting for the delayed shipment, receiving a replacement, or cancelling for a refund.

Tracking issues

If your tracking has not updated for several days or your order appears delayed, email tailorflow.shop@gmail.com with your order number.

Duties and import taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or local charges may apply depending on your delivery country. Unless these charges are clearly collected at checkout, they are the customer's responsibility.
