Refund policy
We want your Denmates order to arrive as expected. If something is wrong, email us at tailorflow.shop@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
This policy does not limit any non-excludable consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
Contact us before returning anything
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer, supplier, or the address on the parcel. Email us first with your order number so we can confirm the correct instructions for your order.
Damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items
Email your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label as soon as possible. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or another fair solution. In many cases, a return shipment is not required for damaged or incorrect items.
Lost or materially delayed orders
If tracking shows an order is lost, or if we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will help with a replacement or refund. If a shipment is materially delayed before dispatch, we may ask whether you want to wait or cancel for a refund.
Change-of-mind returns
Unused items in their original condition may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first for approval and return instructions. For approved change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless local law says otherwise.
Non-returnable items
Used grooming or pet-care items, items with hygiene concerns, gift cards, and final-sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or local law gives you a remedy.
International and mandatory consumer rights
Return rights can vary by country or region. If your delivery address is in a country or region with mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, repair, replacement, or refund rights, those rights apply. For example, some regions require a cooling-off period for online purchases. Contact us and we will handle your request according to the rules that apply to your order.
Refund timing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
