How fast is shipping?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Most orders arrive within 10-20 business days after dispatch, and every order includes tracking.

Where do orders ship from?

We work with overseas fulfillment partners so we can keep prices accessible. Shipping origin may vary by product and availability.

What if my item arrives damaged, wrong, or missing?

Email tailorflow.shop@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will help with a replacement, refund, or another fair solution. Do not send items back before we approve the return instructions.

Can I return an item?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Unused items in original condition may be eligible for return after approval. For change-of-mind returns, customers pay return shipping unless local law says otherwise.
